Who Calls For A Mold Inspection?

The first step of any mold inspection begins when a potential Client contacts our office.  In most cases the potential client has good has a good reason to suspect they have a mold problem.  When asked they will generally refer to a visible mold stain presence, a musty or moldy odor, a recent moisture problem, or a persistent health issue.
