Headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, GEOFOCUS MOULD SOLUTIONS is centrally located in the province of Ontario and employs the remediation industry’s top Council-certified Mold Investigators (CMI), Applied Microbial Remediation Technicians (AMRT), Water Damage Restoration Technicians (WRT), Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technicians (FSRT) and Type I, II and III Asbestos Abatement Technicians. We also maintain a full time roster of Architectural Technologists, Intern Architects, Construction Managers, Contract Administrators, Construction Site Supervisors and Site Safety Personnel.  Our service teams are trained to conduct thorough property evaluations, estimate jobs, interpret third party protocols and manage remediation projects from start to finish. Adam Altobelli, B.A. (law), ACAC: CMI, CCMI, CMRC, FSRT, President

Adam graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law.  Adam`s goals are to exceed the expectations of our clients, set the standard for business integrity, maximize the value of a project for our client, and create a work environment that attracts the best people in the business.  Adam has been involved in the construction industry since 2000 through his Father`s Construction Management, Development and Contracting  ventures.  Adam has personally and effectively managed the placement and or development of millions of dollars with of construction projects.  Recent construction projects include the BioSci Dental Research Facility, the Jaffari Community Center and the Novotel Hotel Vaughan.

Roger Altobelli, Vice President

Roger monitors projects at the request of our Clients to determine if projects are performing in accordance with their commitments. Roger has over 40 years of experience in the development, general contracting, construction management and construction service industries. Roger provides a hands-on, practical, approach to assist our clients in reducing their exposure to claims due to poor project performance.

Jennifer Azzopardi, B.A.S (hons. arch), M.Arch.

Jennifer is a registered Intern Architect with Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) and a member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC). She received a Bachelor of Architectural Studies Degree with honors, after completing a four year accredited Bachelor program at Carleton University in 2006. In 2010 she completed her professional Masters of Architecture degree at the University of Toronto.  Jennifer also effectively co-manages our Architectural Design Services division.

Jolene Grossi, Dip. Arch. Tech., B.URP

In June of 2009, Jolene completed her fourth and final year studying at the School of Urban and Regional Planning at Ryerson University in Toronto. Prior to these studies, she received a 3 year diploma in Architectural Technology from George Brown College. As both a planner and designer with experience working in a range of professional environments, she offers the skills and background required to make an excellent contribution to various aspects of design.

As an architectural technologist/designer and consultant at both Dutra Architect Inc. and Wagner Associates, the smaller scale of the firm enabled her to work closely with the principal architect(s). This afforded her a greater role in projects, as she was able to build confidence as a spirited team member and leader.    Jolene also effectively co-manages our Architectural Design Services division.

Lavar Blake, WRT, AMRT

Lavar Blake has been with GeoFocus from its inception and brings strong customer service skills and an in-depth knowledge of remediation and construction to every Client and Project he encounters.  As a field supervisor Lavar has an established team of certified mould remediation, mould investigation and restoration technicians and has completed numerous complex and technical projects for our residential, institutional and commercial customers throughout the province of Ontario.

Justin McLennan, WRT, Asbestos Type: I, II, III

Justin`s management  skills allow our team to co-ordinate an expert team required to evaluate and respond quickly and efficiently to all technical and legal issues relating to mould, mould inspection, mould remediation, cryogenic (c02) dry ice blasting, insulation removal, disaster restoration and reconstruction and construction.

Laura`s office management and customer service skills rarely go unnoticed.  Laura ensures we maintain a full office staff to deal with incoming and current projects at all times.
