Roger Altobelli (the Founder of GeoFocus 2000 Construction Services) has personally and effectively managed the placement and or development of over $250,000,000.00 worth of construction over the course of his career. By combining the insight and innovation gained from these experiences with business acumen and industry knowledge, our personnel can create solutions for both public and private sector clients striving to meet the complex challenges of any construction project.

Roger Altobelli, Senior Consultant

Roger monitors projects at the request of our Clients to determine if projects are performing in accordance with their commitments. Roger has over 40 years of experience in the development, general contracting, construction management and construction service industries. Roger provides a hands-on, practical, approach to assist our clients in reducing their exposure to claims due to poor project performance.

Jennifer Azzopardi, B.A.S (hons. arch), M.Arch.

Jennifer is a registered Intern Architect with Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) and a member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC). She received a Bachelor of Architectural Studies Degree with honors, after completing a four year accredited Bachelor program at Carleton University in 2006. In 2010 she completed her professional Masters of Architecture degree at the University of Toronto.  Jennifer also effectively co-manages our Architectural Design Services division.

Jolene Grossi, Dip. Arch. Tech., B.URP

In June of 2009, Jolene completed her fourth and final year studying at the School of Urban and Regional Planning at Ryerson University in Toronto. Prior to these studies, she received a 3 year diploma in Architectural Technology from George Brown College. As both a planner and designer with experience working in a range of professional environments, she offers the skills and background required to make an excellent contribution to various aspects of design.

As an architectural technologist/designer and consultant at both Dutra Architect Inc. and Wagner Associates, the smaller scale of the firm enabled her to work closely with the principal architect(s). This afforded her a greater role in projects, as she was able to build confidence as a spirited team member and leader.    Jolene also effectively co-manages our Architectural Design Services division.

Adam Altobelli, B.A. (law), CMI

Adams goals are to exceed the expectations of our clients, set the standard for business integrity, maximize the value of a project for our client, and create a work environment that attracts the best people in the business.  Adam has been involved in the construction industry since 2000.  He has personally and effectively managed the placement and or development of millions of dollars with of construction projects.  Recent projects include the BioSci Dental Research Facility, the Jaffari Community Center and the Novotel Hotel Vaughan.

GeoFocus has extensive experience investigating design and construction deficiencies. Services offered range from informal assessments to thorough destructive investigations and preparation of comprehensive reports. Evaluation of the structural integrity and safety of a building is also provided, including conformance with the original construction plans and specifications, applicable building codes and industry standards. Investigations include the location and identification of construction deficiencies, analysis of the impact of defects on the performance or safety of the structure, recommendation of solutions, preparation of estimates of the cost of repair and identification of responsible parties. Solutions for the resolution of construction deficiencies are the primary focus of the reports developed from the observations of these investigations.
